Responsibilities

As an administrator at our terminal, you will be responsible for the daily office operations. Tasks may include:

• Handling incoming and outgoing calls from customers, drivers, and colleagues
• Administering incoming emails
• Monitoring the day's distribution shipments

Profile & Background

To succeed in this role, we see that you have:

• A liking for customer contact, both via phone and email.
• A preference for working in small teams and possess excellent communication skills.
• A comfort in working in a fast-paced environment and good multitasking abilities.

Requirements

• Good computer skills
• Very good verbal, written, and reading skills in both Swedish and English

Meritorious

• Experience in logistics and transport systems
• Experience in customer service and/or administration

The position is a fixed-term employment with at least 75% working hours. The employment starts in week 25 and extends to week 35.

The position is located in Norrköping.
